We are having with us Medium Frequency Induction furnaces of 1000 KW ,350 KW and 150 KW capacity manufactured with crucibles of 2000 Kgs=2Nos, 1000 Kgs=2Nos, 550 Kgs, 350 Kgs capacity. We can manufacture castings from 5 Kgs to 1500 Kgs single piece. Heat Treatment-For various heat treatments such as Annealing, Normalising, Tempering, Stress relieving we are well equipped with: Two oil fired bogie HEARTH furnaces having hearth size of 5' X 6' and 4' X 6' X 4' with PID controller and three point chart recorder for normalizing sand water quenching are available with us. Water quenching tanks for solution annealing. Air circulation type electrically operated tempering furnace with hearth size 4' X 4' X 3.5'. In House Lab for testing Materials and specifications. E&D is one & only in India to give ORB finish to component.
